BIND® from SRU Biosystems is a robust, label-free platform which provides for more physiologically relevant biochemical and cellular assays. The BIND platform uses optical photonic crystal technology and is comprised of 2 primary components: a BIND® Reader and associated optical BIND® Biosensors.
The BIND® SCREENER is a label-free, plate-based reader designed for use in medium to ultra-high throughput environments. The BIND SCREENER’s compact design, open architecture and flexible software make it equally well suited as a bench-top system for performing basic research, assay development and compound profiling or as an integrated ultra-high throughput screening system.
It provides for quantitative measurement of an array of biomolecular interactions including receptor activation, cell adhesion, protein-protein binding, antibody characterization, fragment-based and small molecule screening and profiling.
