"It is very simple and easy to use and maintenance is minimal. The only problem is the inconvenience of going back to the original screen to light up the positives after printing the lists. "

"This product is fairly easy to use and can process a large number of samples in one run. The results are reported efficiently back to the user. However the maintenance/cleaning are a pain and it requires a lot of manual cleaning and prepping for the set up for the next run. It does take longer than expected to complete its diagnostics but that could be due to the speed setting of our analyser. The technical support and help team are readily available. "
