"This instrument is really compact, and easy to handle and use. The main reason why I really like to use this product is because of its analytical power and multi-functionality - from cell signalling, to biomarker detection, to cell proliferation, cell cycle and apoptosis analysis - this can do it all. However, the accompanying software isn’t the best, but it is free to use and does the job. "

"This is the product to use if you look at only two colors. Acquisition is easy. Easy to get used to the machine. Customer service is great. Easy to use and easy to maintain. Cons: FlowJo software compatibility is not great. It is not as easy as with the other BD flow machines where you transfer data and use it. There are linear to log conversion issues. I have had trouble analyzing calcium flux data on FlowJo software after acquisition on this machine."
