The AxyPrep Multisource Total RNA Miniprep Kit represents a new approach to RNA purification, and is designed to eliminate the problems of column clogging and incomplete purification associated with other products. The optimized protocol of the AxyPrep Multisource Total RNA Miniprep Kit virtually eliminates the carryover of genomic DNA and reduces the loss of smaller RNA species. The mini spin/vac column allows samples to be processed using either a centrifuge or vacuum manifold.
