Improve Performance in Low Volume Automated Liquid Handling

Axygen has introduced a tip rack which helps to dissipate the electrostatic charges which can build-up during the production and transit of high density automation tips. Electrostatic build-up has previously been known to compromise liquid transfer performance and even cause system crashes, but the introduction of the novel black conductive resin used in the new Axygen racks promises to make these problems a thing of the past.

The high-performance rack is now available with the following Axygen tips: 

• All Beckman Biomek® FX-compatible 384 well tips
  o including our novel low-volume 1536 well compatible tip 
• All Agilent Bravo-compatible 384 well tips
  o including our unique 5μL tip.
