"I have been using AutoMACS-Pro and previous models for very long period of time. This equipment is at the center of my research, I could isolate the rare DC population after enrichment of total DCs on AutoMACS. Easy to use and the now automated model is much more fast and requires less attention. The service staff, from purchasing to fixing any issues, are very knowledgeable, kind and supportive. I am very pleased with the after sales care due to their fast response and personal attention. The value of money spent on AutoMACS is absolutely worth every penny. Great equipment."
