Priorclave’s quality Autoclave After Sales Service has been finely tuned to meet the needs of virtually any company’s budget. Along with standard call out and repair servicing Priorclave now offers UK based companies a tailored choice of three levels of maintenance contract:
The Standard plan gives cover for scheduled service visits (usually 2 per year) to include site time and travel costs as well as reduced rates for call-outs due to breakdowns and a 15% discount on spare parts fitted.
The Standard Plus plan covers parts supplied during the term of the plan, other than those damaged through accident or misuse.
The ALL INCLUSIVE service plan from Priorclave covers all site time and travel costs for scheduled service visits to include costs for call-outs to breakdowns and all parts supplied during the term of the plan. Reduced rates are included for visits and parts replacement costs arising from accidental damage or misuse.
Software upgrades, for improved autoclave performance, can be made available across all plans free of charge when appropriate.
Calibration to UKAS accredited standards can also be incorporated within any of the plans as well as the servicing of other manufacturers equipment.
These plans are not only available for Priorclave’s own manufactured autoclaves but can be offered, subject to survey, for other brands.
