  • Application Area: part of a cloning series for teaching lab

"I have used this purification kit as part of the Bio-Rad Explorer series for cloning GAPDH gene from plants. In a classroom setting this product was fast to use and easy for students to handle reagents. Students were able to get purified DNA. I will reorder this again for my next class."
