"Software is friendly and easy to use. The service provider didn’t update the software 4 years in a row. Sometimes the programme is unresponsive. ICP-MS has big drift when working with complex matrices. At low concentration RSD is high >5%. The argon consumption is high reported to a newer equipment. The service provider has changed over the years and people from service have few knowledge about the ICP MS. Also, the exhaust pipe from the vacuum pump leads to mean exhaust tube causing different problems because of vacuum oil vapour. The access to cones and extraction lens are not so easy. Overall, it was not so good acquisition for low concentration analyses."

"This Instrument is very good for Metal trace analysis in water samples. I have seen good sensitivity and reproducibility. However the software is very complex and is not very user friendly. It is easy to maintain and keep clean also very good for organometallic analysis in soil and complex matrices or after synthesis of new compounds. I do recommended for the stated above. "
