The Aurora™ Western Blot Kit is a versatile, complete non-isotopic chemiluminescent immunoblotting system. The kit provides advantages of speed, sensitivity, flexibility, and control of film exposure time. The Aurora™ system utilizes the StarLight™ high-performance chemiluminescent substrate for alkaline phosphatase to detect a secondary antibody-alkaline phosphatase conjugate for extremely sensitive detection of proteins. This specific kit utilizes a goat anti-mouse IgG/IgM-AP conjugate as secondary antibody. Kit Capacity: 10 or 30 blots (10cm x 10cm).
