"This one is best machine I have used in my job career as it is sensitive unlike other companies machines. It can work at multiple temperatures. Secondly, it is easy to handle. Their after sale service is very satisfying I would say. For large setups like hospitals or diagnostic centers where average sample rate is higher than 200, it's very cost effective."

"The analyzer can run 700 tests per hour. Has reduced my hands on time to minimum. The main plus of working with this is that it is a clinically approved instrument so all the discoveries can be taken directly to clinics. On top of this the reproducibility and traceability are dependable. It is robustly built, no breakdowns or anything like that. Service and maintenance from Beckman is top notch."

Good analyzer, but improve on the HgA1C testing

"AU 480 analyzer is good, but when it comes to testing HgA1C, it becomes such a difficult analyzer. As a matter of fact, I have had some instances where it produced a different result, making it unreliable for A1C testing. Again, adding the hemolyzing reagent makes it very troubling for me. I wish patient specimen could be tested without the hemolyzing reagent. Other than the concern above, the analyzer is super!"
