Good instrument with room for improvement.

"The instrument is easy to use - start up and shut down are simple. It is great that shut-down can be walk away. However, our specific instrument appears to have issues quite often, as noted by my co-workers. I personally enjoy using it, especially with microfuge tubes (not having to transfer into FACS tubes before acquiring)."
