Get great results by using this unit. It's a must have in our lab.
Application Area: Control CO2 and O2 level and temperature for microplate reader
"This unit is easy to switch different settings. It helps maintain a stable CO2 level which can be used for culture cells and some bacteria that require 5% CO2. And it also can maintain the O2 level down to 0.1% which also allows you to culture anaerobic bacteria. The after-sale care is also great, you can just call them when you have issues running the unit and they'll help you immediately."

The atmospheric control unit, or ACU, is available for the CLARIOstar® and Omega Series of microplate readers, as well as for the light-scattering microplate nephelometer, the NEPHELOstar Plus.
This is an optimal solution for cell-based applications, from standard cell growth to hypoxic assays or pH control. The ACU provides a solution for complete regulation and independent control of both O2 and CO2 gas levels within the microplate reader.
In combination with temperature control, shaking options and bottom-reading detection, this provides an ideal walk-away solution for long-term cell-based assays.
