Atmospheric Control Unit (ACU)

The atmospheric control unit, or ACU, is available for the CLARIOstar® and Omega Series of microplate readers, as well as for the light-scattering microplate nephelometer, the NEPHELOstar Plus. This is an optimal solution for cell-based applications, from standard cell growth to hypoxic assays or pH control. The ACU provides a solution for complete regulation and independent control of both O2 and CO2 gas levels within the microplate reader.
