"Great machine and technical support! Perhaps some improvement with the equipment hardware will be beneficial. The machine is very easy to use and any unclear procedural questions that you may come across can be easily resolved by looking at the manual. I would recommend this machine to others. Technical support staff is very helpful and friendly and try and fix issues with the machine as quickly as possible. My one concern with the instrument however, is the amount of times I needed to have service staff come to fix errors I had with the extractor. For this reason, the machine has not been as economical as I had originally hoped due to the fact that I have not been able to use it as frequently as I have needed to. "

"High quality reproducible results if cared for properly. Important to care for the sample cells and replace consumables regularly. Keep a brush handy to sweep the threads of cells of any tiny sand particles if you use sand as filler otherwise there is a risk of stripping the threads and losing the seal on the cell thereby causing leaks in the system."

"We use ASE 350 for PAH, metabolites and oil extraction from tissue (fish, oysters, crabs) and marine sediment. ASE350 allow faster, efficient and economic extraction of these compounds compared to ultrasonic bath or soxhlet. It's very easy to use and need less than 1 hour to explain to student how to use it. "
