Great filter but can be difficult to change

"Easy to use but have had issues when changing filters. Assembly of filters can be difficult."

"The initial sale price was very advantageous, and the lab was able to purchase multiple units with limited funds. Installation was somewhat problematic, since the units were just introduced, and service was not completely familiarized. In the year of usage, several units have experienced sensor issues, and TOC module stopped functioning on all units after 1 year, which was not stated during purchasing. TOC units require annual calibration, and no software overrides currently available for labs that do not require FDA type audits. Therefore, units sell very competitively, easy to use, but have growing pains until bugs eliminated."
