Reliable results with possibility for multiplexing.

"Nice machine delivering reliable results with capabilities for multiplexing. Can be qualified to use under regulatory environment with 21 CFR part 11 complaint secure software. Need some time to adapt to software and especially to export data and analysis. Would have been nice tutorial on data retrieving and exemplary analysis. Big foot print and build is not solid for that price."

Perfect piece of kit for a research lab!

"We considered multiple models when considering which qPCR machine to use in our lab and this one was our final choice and we were not disappointed! The software is easy to use and since it is not licenced, it works well in a team as large as ours. Technical support for installation and after installation technical problems have been faultless. We cannot recommend enough."

"Its one of the best ever used machine-systems with complete integration for PCR amplification and detection. One can rely on it completely. Exhibits a very high precision and selectivity. The combination of state-of-the-art thermal cycling unit and unique optical system with LED source and software (though need some time to settle) makes it perfect one."

Good data, has some quirks.

"The software takes a bit of getting used to. If you want to use optical plate seals, you have to use compression pads which is inconvenient. Happy with the data."

The AriaMx Real-Time PCR System is a fully integrated quantitative PCR amplification, detection, and data analysis system. The system design combines a state-of-the-art thermal cycler, an advanced optical system with an LED excitation source, and complete data analysis software. The instrument can hold up to six optics modules, and the scanning optics design delivers optimal separation between the dyes and between samples. The instrument provides a closed-tube PCR detection format that can be used with a variety of fluorescence detection chemistries including SYBR® Green and EvaGreen dyes as well as fluorogenic probe systems including TaqMan probes.
The AriaMx amplifies your productivity with its unique modular and flexible design, intuitive touch-screen interface, advanced, easy-to-use reporting, and 120+ attributes monitored via the built-in on-board diagnostics to help pinpoint assay or instrument issues as they arise.
