"Speed of the instrument is sufficient for medium scale lab. But certain analytes fail to meet the quality standards, specially pediatric bilirubin give gross errors"

Overall the analyzer is good and reliable

"The software of the analyzer is ease to use. The analyzer is robust and long lasting. As for the maintenance, not sure the cost is high or it is about that price for any other chemistry analyzer. My 10 years of using the analyzer overall is good. Probably Abbott can be more proactive in after sales. The customer service is not one of the great and sometimes it can be stressful for users. Hope this can be improve in future."
