The Tecan Aquarius is an automated multi-channel pipetting system that can be used for a wide range of applications in many laboratories. Suitable for use with 96- (Tecan Aquarius 96) or 384-channel (Tecan Aquarius 384) pipetting heads, Aquarius offers the flexibility of choosing either disposable or fixed washable tips for pipetting. In addition to easy set-up and use, Tecan Aquarius delivers the power of a larger automated system in a small benchtop footprint. An intuitive software package facilitates everyday use and supports a wide range of applications. Aquarius may also be upgraded to permit integration of an innovative Autoloader plate storage and logistics system. Together, these devices provide a fully compatible, easy-to-use, automation system in a very small footprint.
Tecan Aquarius offers a host of features designed to enable genomics and drug discovery research:
