APS One® is the revolutionary, new automated culture media filling system for Petri dishes that can process 800 plates (18ml) in an hour and yet is the most compact single carousel on the market. This system is able to use almost all 90mm and 55mm Petri dishes and accepts virtually all brands of plate. Only 845mm tall, the APS One  is easy for technicians to load. Manufactured for improved plate quality, the pouring/stacking process on this machine is the smoothest operation yet. A new method of moving and transferring plates ensures a high  degree of reliability and quality, level plate production. From 1 to 30ml can be dispensed per Petri dish and in manual mode a peristaltic pump can be employed to fill tubes and bottles (from 1 to 100ml). The carousel can hold 540 plates as standard with an optional store bringing the total capacity up to 880. The 14 columns  allow fast, easy loading and the large, colour display screen is pictogram-led so is very simple to follow.
