"A good instrument, it becomes easy to use when you are acquainted to it but attachment of other modules like new column compartment cumbersome. leakage issues arise when stainless steel ferrules and tubing not properly connected and they are difficult to tighten. The inline tubings are attached to connect modules that create broadening of chromatographic peaks. The inline tubing very much prone to contamination and requires frequent cleaning."

"The Alliance 2695 HPLC is easy to use system the provides reliable/reproducible results. It's able to maintain flow rates from 0.1ml/min up to 1.5ml/min. The upper pressure limit is good, which it would be able to achieve up to 6000psi vs. 4500psi, but still capable of running most columns at a standard 1ml/min flow rate."
