• ELISA Immunoblotting Immunohistochemistry Molecular Biology Activity: >630 U*/mg enzyme protein (25°C, 4-nitrophenyl phosphate, glycine as buffer)
• Unit definition: That amount of enzyme causing the hydrolysis of one micromole of p-nitrophenyl phosphate per minute at pH 9,6 and 25°C.
