"Alexa Fluor® 488 Phalloidin from Life Technologies promoted great results on cell F-actin staining. The fluorescence obtained was strong, bright and was maintained stable for long time. Moreover, this product is really simple to use and you do not need a primary (incubating overnight) plus secondary antibodies. Alexa Fluor® 488 Phalloidin is incubated only for 20-30 minutes and the results are perfect. It’s a great price and after-sales are very simple. Once diluted in methanol the datasheet says it can be stored at least 1 year. I had a great experience keeping it stored and diluted for more than 4-5 years and it still worked very well."
