"The Triage Meter Pro system is the easiest POC test in the market. Even though it is classified as a moderately complex test, it's ease of loading the testing devices and getting results in 15 minutes makes it a standout in the emergency department for ruling out MI (TNI) and the assessment and evaluation of patients suspected of having disseminated intravascular coagulation or thromboembolic events including pulmonary embolism (D DIMER). Other tests include the BNP and a combination TNI/CKMB. The Alere Triage Pro Meter Team is there to help when needed and coupled with the Alere RALS System middleware, makes for easy compliance, reviews and reporting. The value of having these tests available with reproducible results and assisting in the diagnosis of MI or DIC make it well worth the investment."
