The DRG Aldosterone ELISA is an enzyme immunoassay for the quantitative measurement of aldosterone in serum and plasma. Measurement of Aldosterone levels in serum, in conjunction with plasma renin levels, can be used to differentiate between primary and secondary aldosteronism.

• internal kit controls included
• single-breakable wells
• very simple assay procedure
• only 60 min. incubation time (without shaking) (active)
• Very good correlation to RIA and LC-MS
• CE Marked
