"Software is unstable and sometimes hangs with several unresolved bugs. Edwards Turbo pump broke down after half a year. Replaced under warranty but there was a long downtime due to slow customer support of Agilent in South America. Now after one and a half year of operation, the spray chamber cooling failed. We also had a leak in the argon tubing inside of the instrument without reason. Would be a very good instrument if the manufacturer would improve material, software and (outside US) support quality."
