"It enables high quality results because it can get very accurate mass. With chip cub, it is easy to use. But the chip is very expensive and it is easy to break. Service is very good, on time. So value for the money is medium."

"It is a very well made, robust machine. It's the most sensitive LCMS that I have used for large molecule identification. Maintenance and daily calibrations are easy. Single samples are easy however data analysis for single sets are cumbersome."
