This is a great system. I hope Keysight continue with their AFM products.
Application Area: Mechanical characterization, imaging, lithography etc.
"AFM 5500 is a very nice instrument for imaging and many other purposes. It has EFM, MFM, PFM, etc. modes which are required by many groups. The small area scanner can give a very high resolution. Lithography and manipulation modes add extra value to the system."
