"AMPure XP purification system helps us to obtain a purified DNA for NGS sequencing. It gets rid of all of all the PCR reagents like Primers, dNTPs, enzymes, etc. It yields a good concentration after purification and provides quality results on Tape profile/gel electrophoresis. The results are great both quantity and quality wise. It has this magnetic bead based principle which is convenient for pipetting. The procedure is also very simple. You just need to add the beads into your PCR final product. Incubate at RT for 5 min, keep on magnetic rack, once the beads are all on the side wall of tube, discard the entire liquid. And finally elute the purified DNA in elution buffer/TE buffer."

Simple, scalable, high yield PCR/DNA fragment purification.

"I have been using this product now for more than 10 years mainly due to the simplicity of the protocol, the high recovery rates and the scalability. Unlike columns with a minimum elution volume you can elute in very small volumes and the process is also easily adaptable (with correct magnet types) to processing 96 or 384 samples at a time."
