The Agilent AffinityScript Multiple Temperature Reverse Transcriptase (RT) system is optimized to produce high cDNA yields over the broadest temperature range. During analysis the multi-temp RT device also ensures high affinity to primer-template complexes. cDNA can be synthesized in amounts up to 20 kb.

The system’s multi-temperature capability allows you to change RT reaction temperature without having to change the reverse transcriptase, for a faster and more efficient analysis. In addition, when amplifying low RNA input amounts and resolving RNA secondary structures it delivers high cDNA yields, and can operate effectively at temperatures up to 55°C.
