"This equipment is very user-friendly. Laboratory technicians are very much comfortable using this instrument. The company has given training and demonstration to them. All queries are properly addressed by the concerned department. Quality control assurance in firms of L-J chart or others is very easy to handle and see. The software installed in it is user-friendly to use. Hormones, Tumor Markers as well as Vitamins show dependable results consistently. We have done also SARS-CoV 2 antibody with this instrument. Nice experience, accurate and precise result. Overall, trustworthy laboratory companion for us."
