"This is a great high volume analyzer. It is fast, reliable, and does a good job for us. Our service team is awesome too. The sales team is less than helpful. They never get back with you, and you really have to watch them slip things into the contract that they will come back and charge you for if you change a reagent. Totally bad experience with that."
