MP's new adrenaline ELISA kit offers greater convenience and sensitivity over the original ELISA system for the quantitative measurement of adrenaline in plasma and urine. This new assay follows a typical sandwich assay format, requiring only 6 hours to obtain results. The reaction substrate is formazan and the wavelength is read at 492 nm. The kit is supplied with a standard 12 x 8 well plate.
