Description

 

The AcycloPlate-384 is a one-piece 384-well black PCR plate moulded from a low-DNA-binding, crystal clear polymer.

This extremely rigid polymer eliminates post-PCR shrinking and warping, making it the recommended plate for high throughput PCR applications and robotic plate handling.

Each well has a 40µl maximum well volume with a recommended 25µl working volume. It is fully skirted for compatibility with automated systems. The AcycloPlate-384 is compatible with all leading 384 block thermal cyclers and there are 8 holes in the skirt to aid plate positioning and removal from the thermal cycler block.

For sealing we recommend using any of the Abgene seals, which include their heat seals, adhesive seals and thermo-mats.
