ActiBind Protein Assay is recommended for determining the protein concentration in the eluted protein fractions of immunoaffinity chromatography using ActiBind Elution Medium. ActiBind Elution Medium contains ingredients which are incompatible with the majority of protein assays including OD280 measurements. ActiBind Protein Assay eliminates the interference of the Elution Medium constituents and can be used as a general protein assay when using the appropriate protein standard.
