"TQD gets "dirty" quickly, especially with a high sample volume. The internal standard volume in the Tacrolimus kit never meets the claim of 500 samples however the column lasts much longer than 500 samples. Difficult to determine what needs focused troubleshooting when ion counts decrease during the run. Ion source is prone to charging resulting in increased expense for repair. Not a great instrument in a high volume clinical setting due to long periods of downtime when troubleshooting the MS."

"Waters Acquity TQD coupled to H-Class UPLC has a very wide range of application on food analysis. Z-spray is a very useful technology. As foods are complex matrix, extracts are also very complex but the system is very sensitive and selective. MassLynx software is also very easy to use."
