"These analyzers are amazing. They are ever so reliable and fast. The windows based software that runs the analyzer is really easy to use, easy to learn and the touch screen is very useful. If you use the IL reagents they offer a huge range of test repertoire and can offer a lot more tests than we currently use. The after sales care is really good. "
