The ACEA Biosciences RT-CIM: 16x CIM Device Plates integrate our revolutionary biosensor technology to generate the quantitative results of a Dunn chamber with the ease of use of a Boyden chamber. The CIM Device Plates provide label free monitoring of migration and invasion by live cells in up to 96 wells at a time, utilizing a flexible and easy to use 16 well format.
RT-CIM 16x Device Plate Top Chambers with 8uM pores (consumable). Available with PET or PC membranes. Custom pore sizes available upon request.
RT-CIM 16x Device Plate Bottom Chambers, PET (reusable).
For use with ACEA Biosciences RT-CIM: SP System. The ACEA Biosciences RT-CIM™ system utilizes our biosensor technology for label-free, real-time monitoring of migration and invasion assays. The core of the system is the electrical impedance cell sensor arrays integrated into the bottom of the membranes of a Boyden style migration chamber. The arrays provide continuous, quantitative data as the cells pass through the membrane and attach to the underside of the membrane.
The integrated software allows data to be collected and saved automatically as often as every minute over virtually any time period.
