AccuPrime™ Taq DNA Polymerase High Fidelity amplifies nucleic acid templates using antibody-mediated hot-start, a blend of Taq DNA Polymerase and proofreading enzyme, and AccuPrime™ accessory proteins for improved PCR fidelity, yield, and specificity over other hot-start DNA polymerases.
