Bioneer’s AccuPrep® 96 Genomic DNA Extraction Kit allows for the simultaneous genomic dna purification from 96 samples of cultured cells, whole blood, buffy coat, lymphocytes, plasma, serum, and other biological fluids. Yield is sample dependent, but is typically 6 μg per 200 µl healthy whole human blood.

The AccuPrep 96 Genomic DNA Extraction Kit is based on the principle of DNA binding to a silica membrane in the presence of Chaotropic salts. After lysis of the cells in a Proteinase K buffer, AccuPrep binding buffer is added and the sample is transferred to the 96 well binding plate. Purification is accomplished with subsequent washes with the BioVac 96 Vacuum Manifold. High-purity gDNA is then obtained by eluting the gDNA in AccuPrep EL Buffer, which is then ready for immediate use in downstream applications.
