The AccQ•Tag™ Method is based on a derivatizing reagent developed specifically for amino acid analysis. Waters AccQ•Fluor™ Reagent (6-aminoquinolyl-N-hydroxysuccinimidyl carbamate, or AQC) is an N-hydroxysuccinimide-activated heterocyclic carbamate, a new class of amine-derivatizing compounds.
