"SiliCycle consistently delivers good quality products. Their prices are not the lowest, but the price/performance ratio and quality consistency make them stand out. They have an extensive derivatized silica product line that are very useful to synthetic chemists. Again, there is no complaint to the quality. Their rep are always approachable and ready to help, either for technical questions or quote requests. Most of the times the popular products are in stock. For the past 7 years or so there was only one time we experienced back log because a big pharma placed a large order. They compensated by giving us a nice discount so at the end both sides were happy."
