One NIR OK, but the other far from expectations.
Application Area:Hydroxil number of polyols
"Difficult to put IOH models in service. We found differences between the two NIRS purchased, and we have had problems with espectra's standarization."

Instrument is fit for the purpose.
Application Area:Analyse organic peroxide concentrations in hydrocarbon solvent
"Instrument is easy to use, some improvement in the design would be desirable (for example the sample drawer should be able to be closed when a test is completed). Cost was a big factor when the decision was made to purchase the instrument. Easy to contact seeking help for trouble shooting. Although cost was a factor, the instrument is worth having to solve production process problems."

Fantastic piece of equipment. We can't run the company without it!
Application Area:Screening of incoming raw materials
"We use the NIRS to determine differences in the same raw material. We have over 100 incoming raw materials annually, and the NIRS gives us repeatable, accurate results. From the NIRS results we can make a pass/reject decision immediately. It is easy to use (even the diagnostics). We get incredible after-sales service from Metrohm. Friendly staff who are always willing got help in case we have a problem. The NIRS is worth every cent, because as a company, we can't run daily production without it."
