CyPlex™ is the only multi-analyte immunoassay technology that offers the specificity of a traditional single analyte immunoassay (e.g. ELISA). CyPlex™ assays can thus be considered as miniaturized, fully automated ELISAs. In addition to offering superior performance, CyPlex™ assays offer significant advantages in assay development and validations.
The CyPlex™ System consists of a disposable test cartridge and a compact bench-top analyzer. The end-user simply loads test samples on a CyPlex™ cartridge, inserts the cartridge into the analyzer, hits the “go” button and walks away. Software analyzed results are obtained within 10 to 60 minutes of sample introduction. Typical data obtained from the CyPlex™ system show a >4 log dynamic range, and fM detection limits. CyPlex™ assays are highly reproducible, extremely robust, and very simple. CyPlex™ is a versatile platform that can be easily configured for diverse applications such as rapid diagnostic tests, multi-sample multi-analyte tests, or routine ELISA like tests, for use in research and clinical settings.
