"I have used this product for the last few years and I still love to use it. I don't know much about after sales service as I haven’t required it at all. The reliability and reproductively of a reaction is something we need and it delivers. The ramp speed is impressive for the machine I used i.e. 96-Well Gold format. Programming can be done by interactive step by step and it’s quite easy. Only thing I found that demerits it is I think we can’t delete a saved programs, well that doesn’t matter as there is huge space for it. Our lab never runs out of space. Over all, it’s worth the price and is a reliable product. "
