The only criticism is the pricing can sometimes be a bit more than expected, but they do really prove that you get what you pay for; the quality of their products is second to none."

Besides, customer service and customer support are very responsive and helpful. The only downsides we noticed are a limited suppressor capacity and relatively high maintenance costs."

"This instrument is used to help deformulate soap and detergents. I had never used one before but have experience with HPLC. This is very similar and so it was easy to use. We can determine different analytes that are common in soap and detergents with ease. The customer service is wonderful and they are always willing to help you any way they can. They will do what it takes to make the instrument work well for your needs. Highly recommend. The results are just as consistent as a HPLC and give us the information we need. "
