"This instrument is very reliable, it is robust. Many analyst operated this instrument with no problem. The software is easy to use and like any other software there is a learning curve after which it is user friendly. The PM and OQ which we perform annually is around $2000. The customer service could improve. Getting a service quote is prompt, however, getting a service date after submitting a PO takes some time and I usually need to follow-up several times."

"The Volumetric Touch system is a simple yet customisable and regulatory compliant system. Our unit is configured for multi-level user access to provide controls in our GMP facility, but remains simple to use for all operators. The system provides accurate, reliable and quick water content determinations for almost all our test/product types. For those samples with a much lower water content, we are able to use the Coulometric system. The auto-titrators use the same inbuilt software versions which makes it even easier for users to operate consistently across all sustems. The level of quality that the equipment and components are manufacturer to is always very high, as with all our Metrohm products. All our titrators are dependable and rarely have any issues at all. Over the years we have had great phone, email and onsite support from the Metrohm support and engineer teams. THey are able to help us identify solutions to potential method related issues we see and are able to recommend the required products to help us in new test areas and overcome potential issues."

"We use the 915 KF Ti-Touch Karl Fisher moisture analyzer for low level water content in fertilizer samples (solids). It is very easy to use by our Chemists, Lab Technicians and Plant Operators. Maintenance is very straight forward, and the touch screen allows for easy typing of weights and selection of methods. It is easily configurable with many options to choose from (it can be very specific to each application). Although it is more expensive than several other brands, the quality of this instrument is well worth the extra money."

"The Metrohm 915KF Ti-Touch is simple to use with basically one touch operation for normal analyses. The touch screen display is large enough to be easy to read but not so large that it negatively impacts the instrument footprint and takes up unnecessary bench space. The after sales care and service team are excellent, most issues have been solved with advice provided over the phone and didn't actually require the attendance of a service engineer. The instrument isn't cheap but there is definitely value for money. It is robust but parts are easily accessible and maintenance is simple to perform."
