Don't really know how after-sales care works because during the last 5 years titrator never required service. It works very well, results are repeatable and precise. Tiamo software is user-friendly and easy to use. I like it for full automatization and a broad selection of measurement parameters. Strongly recommend it!"

Its weak point is in the cards that control the DOSINOS, (the MSB ports), if you make hot connections / disconnections from the DOSINOS the MSB ports board is damaged. Taking care to do these operations with the equipment turned off, there is no problem with this equipment. I am very happy with it."

"The software with its specialized data system is flexible but has its drawbacks., especially if you just need a running system. In itself it is a robust and sturdy tool. But be careful if you pull the wrong plug (simple communication cable), when the system is switched on because it fries the mainboard."

The instrument routinely locks up and must be unplugged to recover from the error. Multiple firmware updates and parts swapping has not resolved the issue. Service support is weak unless under warranty. Data chips used in the dosing units fail periodically causing the titrant to not be recognized. All of these errors are also present on my Metrohm 907 model, also equipped with Touch Control.""
