"The system is easy to use and replace consumables and good after-sale service. However, the high cost of consumables leads to a high cost to analyze per a sample. The similar systems from other manufacturers (e.g. Dionex, Thermo), with a wider range of uses and consumable replacements. If evaluated on a 10-point scale, this system only scores 6/10 in overall aspects (performance, operating costs and usability)."
