"Good and reliable IC. I have had the first IC for 7 years and still like it. I will purchase a dual column unit in the near future." |

"We used this product to analyze anions and it worked great for analysis. We had a couple of senior research projects use this product. However, when we switched this machine to analyze for cations, the machine would not run the samples. We are currently trying to contact customer service to fix this issue. They are quick to respond, but we have not had any successful results." |
